Beautifully decorated, smelled amazing on arrival. Offered iced water immediately. Great breakfast. Great location.

Our room was small, overlooked a carpark, scaffolding on next door’s building site and some industrial looking bins!

We absolutely loved our stay at Richmond Hill Hotel. After traveling all night, being able to check in early was such a gift, and we were incredibly grateful for the kindness and flexibility of the staff. The hotel itself is exceptionally charming, spotless, comfortable, and full of character. Every interaction we had with the team was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Richmond is a storybook town, and we’re so glad we chose to stay there rather than simply pass through. Richmond Hill Hotel was a big part of what made the experience so special. It provided the perfect home base for exploring the area and made our time there even more memorable. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region.

Have stayed here at RHH many times and often come to the Terrace and 144 for lunch or a drink while visiting Richmond. It’s a beautiful spot, stylishly decorated, food and staff are great, free car parking when you stay or even just eating at the restaurant. It’s one of my favourite places in Richmond.
