Immer wieder ein tolles Erlebnis!!

The resort was lovely- reception staff were unhelpful, surly and didnt follow up on any request. Anna the head of guest relations was lovely but the rest of the front of house staff were lacking in courtesy.

I made several requests before arriving none of which were carried out. The room on the lower ground floor smelt of damp and was very unpleasant for your children. I had to escalate matters with the head of guest relations who totally understood the complaint and i was given 150 euros compensation but was told to pick this up with booking.com upon my return.

Der Club ist insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Da im Poolbereich immer wieder Gläser zu Bruch gehen und das sehr gefährlich ist, sollte man dort nur noch Kunststoffgläser zulassen. Was ich sehr ärgerlich fand, war, dass ich in meinem Zimmer keinen WLAN-Empfang hatte. Ich reklamierte dies gleich nach der Ankunft, worauf man mir Abhilfe zusagte. Leider wurde das Problem nicht behoben und ich hörte auch nichts mehr. Das sollte bei diesen gehobenen Zimmerpreisen nicht passieren,

The staff was very helpful, the facilities are good. The food was good and varied each day.

The cleanliness in the common areas could be improved - e.g. the alleys between the buildings are full of birdshit, it looks like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Swimming in the sea is rather dangerous, as boats go back and forth right in the bay where people swim - you basically swim in between boats. A lady was almost hit by a boat as she was swimming, an incident avoided only because people on the shore saw what was going to happen and started waving to the boat to stop moving. The hotel / local authorities should not allow boats to come so close, or at least designate some boat-free areas. We would have liked to have some Spanish food in the buffet (paella, traditional tapas, etc).

Ganz tolles Essen - Service an der Rezeption mäßig - defektes WC bei Ankunft - ca 2 Std warten auf neues Zimmer - neu renoviertes Zimmer war toll - leider direkt neben Baustelle , die auch am Samstag ab 07h30 gearbeitet haben. Service & Essen in Bar & Restaurant top.

Unbedingt eine Reise wert. Tolle Lage in parkähnlicher Anlage. Sportangebote abwechslungsreiche und mit viel Qualität. Breites Angebot für jeden. Erholung pur.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Club. Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Sportkurse waren auch super. Was uns, besonders für den Preis, nicht so gefallen hat, waren die renovierungsbedürftigen Zimmer, die auch sehr muffig gerochen haben. Obwohl wir um ein Babyfreundliches Zimmer gebeten haben, haben wir eins im 2ten Stock bekommen, was trotz Aufzug nur mit zusätzlichen Treppen zu erreichen war. Das war sehr schade.
