You get what you pay for. Some things were broken (fan, shower head). Wasn’t part of town I wanted since the listed address is just the office and not the apt location. The only twin bed mattress was so hard, like sleeping on the ground. Other than that, lovely.

I liked the option that I could store my luggage at the Homing office so I could save some money for a storage.

I didnt like that I had to a taxi to get the keys from the reception. It would be so much easier to have a lockbox, like many other places I have visited. The "double bed" room is inner room with no window and the bed is not comfortable at all - forget about a privacy. The kitchen had 2-3 glasses for water. No glass for wine, no wine opener. The "dining" table was actually a garden table on the balcony and had only 2 chairs (you are expected to be a group of ~4 persons, right?). I didnt manage to run the wifi so I was lucky that I had 30GB of EU internet on my SIM. The bathroom is extension of the balcony and the shower curtain was old and nasty. I would never book that apartment again. There was plenty of non-useful stuff that has to be thrown out.

The location was spacious. Great Italian restaurant down the street that we went to a couple of times.

Where do I start with this property and the management team? They wont tell you until a few days before you arrive that you have to collect the key from their "welcoming suite"! The "welcoming suite" is located across the city from the apartment so for us when we returned from Porto and had already booked our tickets to take us to the drop off point close to the apartment we had to get all our bags and the four of us(wife and kids) had to get across the city in rush hour, collect a key and then travel back to the other side of the city. It was not fun! The apartment was O.K. It was clean but tatty and looked well used and not as pleasant as the photos. We stayed in the apartment for 8 days. When we collected the key at the "welcoming suite" we were told that the internet had been fixed that morning. The internet was NOT fixed! Our messaging for the entire eight days went unanswered leaving my wife to have find free WiFi in order to complete small work tasks she had to do throughout the eight days. All of our messages to them to come fix it were either not answered or were constantly told, they have told the repair company. The beds were the most uncomfortable i have ever had to sleep on!! The main double bed mattress was not a mattress. 1 inch thick and lumpy. I had to remove the cushions from the couch to sleep on due to the sheer pain it inflicted on me. The T.V didn't work either, that didn't effect us much but i read previous reviews that said the same. It would have been nice to relax watching TV seeing as we had no WiFi the whole 8 days! The toilet was also broken. The flush levers were missing so to flush the toilet you had to put your hand into the cistern to trip the filler valve. Sometimes the valve didn't turn off and continued to fill until you put your hand back in to move the float up. This accommodation and interaction with agent was by far the worst experience I have had travelling.

The first apartment was horrible. When they say 1st floor they mean second. There was no elevator. The stairs were steep and worn. I fell down the stairs and messed up my knee. Ruined my entire trip. They moved us to another apartment. It was in the heart of the biggest tourist area. It was noisy. All of the roads were narrow and one way making it hard to get an Uber. The local trolley ran right past the front door. No air conditioning so you had to have the windows open hence you cant escape the noise. The elevator here was literally only big enough for two people. With all the trouble we had Homing didn't even offer a discount.

Posizione ottima, ma struttura un po' fatiscente. Assenza di riscaldamento e elettrodomestici che non funzionavano hanno reso il soggiorno un po' difficoltoso. Appartamento adatto a chi ha poche pretese.

Many appliances were defect including the kettle. Tv was broken. Weak electrical capacity often overloaded when turning the stove on. Kitchen did not have any hand towel. Toilet seat was broken/unstable. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Only 2 chairs provided in the dining room (for 4 people). Wifi was very weak and often not working. Many lamps did not work. Almost no lightning in the staircase. Inadequate knives for basic cutting.
