Red Almirante by Homing

+ 2 single bed and 1 double bed for 4 person. Apartment is tidy. Has a beautiful view in the "balcony". Watching planes going for landing during breakfast. Amenities for the first day like washing soap, sponge and toilet roll. - No light in the stair house. Very dark during evening and coming home late. Uncomfortable sofa. Only 2 chairs at the dining table. Very limited kitchen utensils. The kitchen fan is not working. Not always, but the bathroom can be smelly.

Our stay here started over a month ago and our deposit still has not been returned with the company saying that this is still being processed on their end.

Spacious, clean apartment, close to metro station. Lacked a few basics though - the TV didn't work, the beds were very hard and there was no bin in the apartment.

This home was for my parents and it was 5 minutes walki g from mine

Trash in the kitchen (including a yellowish toilet seat cover), mold on the curtains, dusty sofa and pillows, walls with crumbling paint, scratched pots, knifes couldn't cut even an apple, dusty chandeliers, musty smell in the building. I booked over 60 homes in Portugal in the last 8 years, this was undoubtedly the worst (and not cheap at all). Homing (the agency) could not solve any problem and tried to justify everything. I live in Lisbon and had to go at their office and insist a lot to get at least a partial refund. They gave me nothing. I believe they don't care at all (since they generate a lot of value having thousands of apartments in Portugal).

El apartamento esta bien para la familia, lo peor es que no habia calefaccion y el primer dia hacia frio. Nos trajeron mantas y un radiador grande y tuvimos que acomodar a las niñas en una misma cama y compartir el radiador con el dormitorio principal, que estaban comunicados por una puerta. El sofa estaba un poco machacado, no era muy comodo, y se hecha en falta una mesa decente para desayunar o comer (habia una mesa en una terraza, pero habia poco espacio). La limpieza general muy bien y el baño bien.
