We turned up an hour before attending a nearby wedding in order to get changed. It was closed .

I didn't get the opertunity to like anything as I was not able to stay there as they weren't open.

I arrived at around 4pm to find the whole place closed up with nobody there at all. I tried to find an entrance other than the front of the pub but there didn't seem to be. I tried calling the phone number but there was no answer. With that in mind I had no choice but to drive 3 hours back home. Luckily I was not needed at my worksite the following day

The room was fantastic,great staff and lovely food

The breakfast was lovely. I had the smashed avocado and my husband had a very generous full English. The bathroom was fabulous. Really big and spacious.

The room had low ceilings and a sloping floor but once you got used to it it was fine . Just a bit quirky.

Best kippers I’ve had for a long time!

The accommodation was as presented in images, spacious and comfortable. More important the staff went out of their way to help accommodate a mealtime around my work commitments, preparing food for me beyond their advertised times, which was very helpful. Breakfast portions were generous and much appreciated.
