Amazing. Clean and friendly staff. Super clean and well maintained rooms.

I really enjoyed this hotel it was very beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and was very helpful with getting meals to us. I was very happy with how beautiful the bathroom was and that there was a pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night. Convenient and secured parking right at the front door. Plenty of ATM's just outside the door, as well. The manager, Hichem, greeted us upon arrival with a welcome drink as we checked in. He was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is a short walk down the main street to the Amphitheater. The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet. Great hotel in the heart of El Jem.

Hotel très beau, très propre, très bien situé. Personnel au top, à l'écoute, au petit soin, sécurité et voiturier au top. Cependant la suite que nous avons choisi ne réponds pas du tout à nos attentes. Nous avions le choix entre une suite avec jacuzzi et 2 chambres en enfilades. Nous avons choisi la suite. Et là catastrophe, douche quasiment impossible à utiliser car soit eau brûlante ou gelée, chauffage difficile à régler, serviettes avec des traces. Le personnel à été réactif pour proposer des solutions mais cela n'est pas normale. Wi-Fi HS quasiment tout le séjours, j'ai dû utiliser le pc du directeur et surtout me taper 130 euros de hors forfait ! Séjour assez honéreux malheureusement. J'y retournerai probablement car le personnel est top et de confiance. Il faut juste revoir les prix à la baisse.

It's location is excellent. A mere 300m from the amphitheater and right next to the train station. The WiFI worked all the time, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable and the staff so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I chose this hotel for my stay in El Jem!

Very nice staff, been communicate via email before arrival. Nice welcome drinks upon arrival. Our room was nice, when i open my window.. i can see the great architecture of Roman Colosseum. Short walk distance to reach Colosseum. Happy Stay with my family here.
