"Customer service 10 :)"

10.0

I didn’t stay at this hotel, but I went in for information. They were super nice, smiling and helpful. It’s quite close from the amphitheatre and the museum. The place was clean and class. If i have to stay in el jem, i would definitely give it a try.

"Better to stay in Mahdia and do a day trip to El Jem"

6.0

This was the worst breakfast in the most expensive hotel! Good points: nice welcome drinks on arrival in this beautifully renovated hotel, good value dinner, wifi in comfortable room with kettle and fridge. But no complementary water and the breakfast was a disgrace for a hotel of this class and price! There was no juice of any kind and no fruit cheese or yoghurt. The boiled egg was cold, the coffee just milk froth (thankfully it was rationed to one tepid cup each), both imposed without any consultation. We felt that we as the only guests were an inconvenient imposition! A day trip from Mahdia is cheap and easy by shared taxi, a much better option!
