The location was close to our event.

My family stayed in two rooms.There were 6 adults. Both rooms had No hot water in the morning. My husband had to have a cold shower.

Clean motel room.

When I made the booking it said that the motel was 400m from Tullamarine airport. Upon checking it was actually over 6kms to the motel. As I had to be back at the airport in the morning, very inconvenient after a late night arrival.
