I booked this hotel going by what i found on the internet. This hotel was and still is advertising a airport shuttle. I was told by the staff next morning that they had no shuttle since 2019. This i find totally unacceptable seeing it is advertising on the internet as airport shuttle. I am requesting a full refund of the price as i was totally misled. This is breaking the law.

Surprisingly quiet given we were in Melbourne and clean and well appointed. Ideal for us as we had just arrived from the UK.

We had 2 rooms on the ground floor next to the main entrance of the block.and we couldn't shut and lock the entrance door which was concerning.
