Tuzla Garden Hotel & Spa

I do like the location its really between the local and close to the sea. The bathroom and hallways where clean but you did see some junk,

Nice and clean hotel in the centre of Tuzla

You can only book and pre-pay on Booking.com. Hotel people burst into your room without knocking. You cannot bring your tea cup from the breakfast restaurant to your room, only paper cups. It takes almost 10 minutes to get a receipt when you check out.

Harun at reception was perfect and organised everything that I required.

Very nice Hotel, with new Gym and Sauna. Mrs Beyza was very friendly.

I liked the hotel, the massage services and also the presidential room with terrace. The garden is beautiful too.

I didn't like the transfer service when I arrived on the airport late evening. The driver didn't show up on time, I had to wait half an hour (or more) in front of the exit gate and after that they taxed me full price (4 x real taxi price) without even apologise somehow or give some discount for the discomfort created... I had to call to the hotel and stay on the phone with them 30 minutes until the driver arrived... 😒 they also asked me to send them selfie so they know how I look... unprofessional and unapropriate...
