Beyze at reception is awesome. Friendly and helpful as always. I also liked the size of my room. Nice and spacious.

Every item of furniture in the room is uncomfortable. Sofa, bed, desk chair and other chairs, every one of them terrible.

The receptionist was awsome, Beyza is a 10.0 + for her hospitality and service mind, spa and massage was very good, Hanna exceptional

This is our second time at this hotel. This is the best place in Tuzla. The staff is extremely attentive, everyone is very positive and responsive. Perfect vacation!

This is one of the best hotels in Tuzla. The staff are so professional. I liked the breakfast it was delicious and included many different choices of food.

I didn’t like the furniture

Firstly we booked the hotel due to central location and pool. But there is no pool in the hotel. The hotel was rundown older and didn’t have the amenities you would think for the price point. Location was ok.

Nestled in a central location in Tuzla, the hotel is a beacon of comfort and luxury. The rooms are spotlessly clean, offering a serene retreat. The restaurant was wonderful with a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful garden. The entire staff exudes warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable stay. I want to thank to Beiza, who was extremely kind and hospitable to us with her warm demeanor and impeccable service. I recommend the hotel with both hands. 👌

A very pleasant hotel in the old part of Tuzla. The room is clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly, and the guy at the reception named Harun stood out in particular. When I come again, I definitely plan to stay in the same hotel.

Lack of parking space, however the Hotel has valet parking to take care of your car
