Alles! Mooi ruim appartement waar alles aanwezig was wat je nodig had. Je kan er heerlijk buiten zitten tussen het groen zodat je alle privacy had. Heerlijk zwembad en aardige mensen die zorgden voor een flesje wijn en olijfolie bij aankomst. Vanuit hier kan je overal naar toe in Toscane in hooguit een uur rijden.

De douche kan beter.

Kitchen lacked a lot of essentials it had the bear necessities.

The pool was lovely and the location was good

The room was filled with bugs and I mean filled with big stink bugs, I understand it's a farm but we opened the curtains and we counted 25 giant stink bugs and we knew there would be more so we just stopped looking. That means it was not cleaned before our arrival. Seeing that check out is early at 9am and also a late check in, there's no excuse. The damp on the walls that was starting to grow spores and mold, BBQ was tiny and completely rusted and unusable. The holiday home was located under a balcony that when in use was loud and intrusive. The fridge was not cold enough the plugs sockets were very dodgy. So bad was the electrics that one of our cables melted!!! That cable has been used all over Italy without fail, even the provided hair dryer went up in smoke, this is very unsafe and really need to be investigated as it could potentially be lethal. The place has promise, but it's just uncared for. We had to wait to check out due to nobody being available. Check in was also difficult due to the same reason. It really needs a good few months of renovations but now it's coming into summer, I doubt that will be happing any time soon. Sorry, it's a very honest review and not one I enjoyed writing.
