I did not know what to expect, funnily enough this was our first visit to Katarino - I did check the rating and found it really hard to believe. However, they do deliver on that promise. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff goes the extra mile of making guests feel great.

The hotel is in need of renovation. And rooms will benefit from a better organization of space - three adults /my son is already in our age group/ in a suite felt really crowded and we did not even have our ski outfits around.

Dinner does not include drinks. Even water is an extra charge

There were some problems with the card when you are entering your room.

Spa facilities are very nice. Rooms are large and comfortable and the view is incredible.

The batteries on the TV remote did not work.

All was good, especially the spa and the food on half board room.

The overpriced bottle of water at dinner (8.50 BGN) and overpriced coffee and cappuccino at the lobby bar. Also to my surprise the coffee capsules in the room were also priced. It would have been better to be included in the room price and for the client to perceive them as compliment.
