The location was fantastic. Everything was Steps away, not minutes away. Many restaurants and stores around. If you're on a cruise, this is the place to be , easy access to transportation. I can see the port from the window. And the Host makes you feel like you're at home,

Location and convenience, elevator access to the higher floor, has all the necessities, clean & fresh smelling linen, towels & sheets, WiFi access included free as well as a basic breakfast across the street, and additional help to arrange for a private airport transfer at FCO to the B&B

Would like to see some sturdier towel hooks or hangers in the compact bathroom & shower area as there is no room to put clothes while changing out. Maybe a retractable laundry line in the shower - these are easy & inexpensive upgrade easily done. The mattress are softer then we like, perhaps replace them soon to restore its firmness or add a foam topper
