Breakfast was simple but delicious! Very clean overall with crisp clean bed! The host tried her best to resolve the outage issue as best she could, which we appreciated. Great view and next to beach! A comfortable stay!

The traffic noise is a little loud for me for sleep. Had a short 15 mins of power outage, which is fine, but some charging outlets/wifi took a short while to restore. Fridge also has some light noises.

Flavia is a great Host, friendly and helpful! Perfect location for for Cruise Ship travelers before or after your cruise!

Noise from traffic/people at night and in morning mattress was not very comfortable for us having to leave room to boil kettle, luckily brought breakfast tea and milk as this wasn't provided.

Lover the welcome greeting , we knew we had chosen well. Location for us was perfect and Flavia’s recommendations were spot on .

The location could not be improved. We were able to drop our cases off early, which enabled us to explore Civitavecchia. There are some great restaurants nearby that are VERY reasonably priced.

Getting from the cruise ship to the accommodation, is near but far enough when you pull suitcases, we couldn’t get a taxi as it was so near!

It was a wonderful stay. Host meet us and welcomed us in. Close to port!
