We wanted a room with 2 beds for a family of three. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms pretty large. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

No windows (although we knew this before hand while booking). There was no wardrobe in the room, where as an open storage location with hangers was provided in the bathroom, which we did not like.

Took junior suite. Need to climb up the stairs up to 2nd floor . Inconvenient for elderly
