Clean, good location, lovely pool, huge bathroom

Prachtige en ruime suite, fijne locatie. Badkamer was heerlijk, alles voelde heel luxe aan!

'S avonds rook de airco in de kinderslaapkamer erg naar frituur. Ook stond er een afzuiger aan waardoor er erg veel geluid was. Onze kinderen waren moe genoeg om in de geur en het geluid te slapen, maar dat had ik zelf niet gekund.

Staff is exceptional, makes sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Handled every situation very well. Huge room, even bigger bathroom, good rain shower. Got Malaysian sockets but can borrow European variant in the reception. Refrigerator is powerful enough to ice everything. Pool is nice in the shade for cooling down.

Nowhere to hang towels to dry (was solved immediately by staff, over the door hanger provided), or for easy reach from shower. Finding the right light switch is fun guessing game. Bedroom a bit too cramped due to furniture. Aircon blows on either side of bed, speed is not low enough. Windows have superb cosy views, but are very dirty, and can't be opened at all. Door has a gap to the hallway (you can peek into the room). Neighbours can be noisy, sounds from hallway go straight in. I'd suggest making this an adults only place!

Staff were trying their best to rectify the situation and were helpful and polite.

We checked into the hotel quite late yesterday and were assigned the only available room, which was located on the ground floor adjacent to the restaurant and public restrooms. The proximity to these areas meant that noise from the restaurant was clearly audible throughout our stay. Upon inspecting the bedding, we discovered dried blood stains on the sheets and a yellow stain on the bed cover. We promptly informed the concierge staff, who attempted to provide fresh linens. However, the replacement sheets also contained stains. Given the circumstances, we were deeply disappointed by the standards of a hotel with such high ratings. Unfortunately, this experience compromised our stay, and we found it necessary to rebook accommodation elsewhere for the remainder of our holiday.
