Liz and Mark were very friendly and welcoming! Our room was very nice ,clean ,everything you need ,,great shower ! Breakfast was beautifully cooked and we both thoroughly enjoyed everything,,

I liked the layout, with everything to close hand, the cooked breakfast had an excellent choice range, once ordered it came promptly and was hot. The other great thing was that both mark and Jan found time to have a great conversation with you, I never felt rushed.

Honestly there was nothing with my my stay to fault. Everywhere was clean, loved the shower, the bed was comfortable, and the private outside veranda space made my whole experience perfect.

Mark & Liz are lovely friendly hosts who make you very welcome, we had the room with balcony which was small but comfortable with everything you needed the balcony gave it extra space which we able to use as the weather was good, lovely freshly cooked breakfast, good location with bus stop close by that go to ingoldmells, Skegness & mablethorpe,
