Family Batcave Homestay

A dream of a homestay The ‘rooms’ in their idyllic setting are complemented by beautiful food cooked in a traditional outdoor kitchen where friends and family join guests for meals and conversation. It is truly a rural escape - from the beautiful sunrise over the fields by morning to the return of the bats from the mountain at sunset. The family could not do enough for us; we were taken on trips, collected when needed and fed the most gorgeous Cambodian food.

Bun and family were wonderful hosts. It’s a good spot to hear some nature and get out of the city. Bun use to be a Monk and happily shared some wisdom (and Cambodian history) which was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Delicious food provided.

The family was lovely a very kind to us !

I didn’t like the mosquito’s and the dogs in the night time ! ( keeping me awake )

Beautiful clean rooms, amazing location which was walkable to the caves and to see the bats. The family was so so kind and the food was lovely - wouldn't change a thing!

Nothing - it was all great

Fijne huiselijke sfeer, je woont en eet met de familie. Daarnaast zijn Saro en zijn familie ook heel behulpzaam bij het regelen van activiteiten (de tuktuk tour die hij aanraadde was erg leuk!). Perfecte plek om het Cambodjaanse leven te ervaren.

Real fast can be a bit better
