She did not give me my AARP discount. That is one reason we chose this hotel.

Clean room and friendly staff

the Breakfast that is included in the price of the stay was very disappointing, We never once saw anyone come out and tend to the food, after I got some hash browns and sausage it was practically empty there were guest after us that were complaining to the front desk and all she said, as she was interrupted from her phone, was that someone would be out soon to re-fill it. Also the carpets and walls were dingy

Great front desk manager. She was all alone and handling many things on her own. She was very nice and professional. She was also very kind to my disabled son which was wonderful. Thank you!

Clean room, comfortable bed.

Carpet in hallways stained and worn.

The room itself looked good and was clean enough. Walking through the hotel the dirty hallway floors, and unclean public areas were obvious

The bed was comfortable and the pillows. We're too.

We have been coming to this hotel several times over the last few years, And it seems to be in decline. Carpeting is dirty and needs replacement. General cleanliness is questionable. The price is high for the low quality of property that it has become.

No freezer in refrigerator…
