Ice machines were not working Waffle maker had no batter Juice machine was out of order

The front desk person, Angie, was nice and did the best she could. First room we got was the furthest possible from the front door after we explained we had mobility issues. 2nd room, the tv remote did not work at all. Lamp and phone charger near bed did not work. After unpacking, had to COMPLETELY repack everything to go to THIRD room! The remote was also inefficient! Floor was sticky (dirty) Clock radio did not work. No supervisor or manager on site! Unacceptable experience. No comparison to Best Western where we had a beautiful stay! We expect to be compensated for the horrible experience!!

I liked the hotel. Just a couple observations: 1. The carpet in the hallway and elevator wasn't very clean. Those looked dusty. 2. If body wash could be added with the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, that would be great.

Breakfast needs improvement. Scrambled eggs were rubbery.

Only one ice machine was working. The property wasn't in the best condition. Was also disappointed that like most other comfort inns there was no pool or hot tub.

I didn't. You charged me plus $200. for a $50.00 room..you will never get me to stay there again 😒 and if you don't adjust the cost. I will not go through you again to book any travel stays.

It was dirty, floors, laundry room, bathroom floor, beds weren’t actually made, the bottom sheet was not pulled down. And there was a heavy comforter, no other blankets, it’s summer.

Nice property, just be sure to get an even number room. Those are on the back so no traffic noise. Otherwise, nice room with good bed and clean bath.

Way overpriced for the quality of bedding. Accessible room had unaccessible bathroom. Short toilet, hard to use tub, shampoo up on the wall of the shower. How the hell is that suppose to work. Let’s face it. Sucks to be handicapped at this place.
