Expedia said it was near Lava Falls: it isn't. It is in the middle of a no where town that died like 100 years ago. Right next to train tracks: Expedia & Hotel didn't disclaim that. No average or even below average shopping. Most buildings were vacant or condemned it appeared. Honestly it looked like something like Bates Motel. We booked 2 nights, cancelled 1 upon seeing the location & surroundings and didn't stay in the place the other night.

We stayed at this property to be close to Lava Springs (20 minutes). Overall it met our expectations. The hotel is in a quaint little town with less than 250 ppl in the middle of large fields. There were no food options, the closest is Lava SPrings or Soda Springs. There is a bar in the next lane but it was closed due to July-4 holiday. I would stay again for the quiet little town. The property was clean and there are laundry machines too for use.
