Dear Booking, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable condition of my room during my stay at Country Inn & Suites on 3/14/26. Upon arrival, I found that the sheets, floors, and counters were dirty. Because the hotel was fully booked, I was unable to move to a different room, which resulted in my family having to wait in the lobby for over an hour while the room was cleaned. At the time, my request for a refund so that we could seek alternative accommodations was denied because the booking was made through a third party. Given the poor standard of cleanliness and the significant inconvenience this caused my family, I am requesting a full refund or appropriate compensation to resolve this matter.
