Great location, staff was very inviting. They accommodated most of our needs

Housekeeping could be better. The shower had strands of hair on the walls and the entrance could have been detailed better. I was noticeably dirty. Breakfast was good, but could use a little more variety for those of us staying more than a couple of days. Towels should be alternated with fresh towels for those guest who are staying a little longer.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. I'm disabled and they took my things to my room. They checked on me frequently to make sure I was ok. From the front desk to the cleaning staff and breakfast staff, I was blessed beyond belief. Thank you so much

The pillows. I'm so happy I took my own. The pillows were more like couch cushions and lumpy. I just think that being a really nice hotel, the pillows would be real bed pillows

It had bugs there was hair all over the bed pillow case was black, chair had stains all over went down to the lobby to say we aren’t staying here and a lady was there to complain also she had pictures of bed bugs and bites all around her neck . Don’t stay here

Unfortunately, it is quite a dirty hotel. We arrived to used dirty sheets. When I asked for a bed change, I was asked to do it myself. I asked to switch rooms, which at first was denied. I switched rooms to find that the floor was filthy, dirty foot prints in the bathroom, hair and dirt on the floor. I asked for a clean room, viewed four other rooms, all of a similar state and rank smell. I bought cleaning fluid and cleaned it myself. I requested compensation from this hotel and only received an apology but not compensation until I got Booking.com involved who swiftly compensated me for a portion of my stay.
