Oceanphere Pattaya Villa

Had a wonderful time but too short for one night only. The staff were very friendly. Especially the service crew named Ken. He is very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by both the room and the service. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The staff did a great job refreshing the room daily. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I especially appreciated their prompt assistance with a late-night request.

We had a great stay at Oceanphere and the staff were top notch. Ken drove us down to the nearby beach in the complimentary buggy service.

Our recent stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standards we expected from a 5-star hotel, especially given the high price we paid. Upon arrival, we were surprised that no staff were available to assist with our luggage. We had to carry our bags from the outdoor car park to the reception counter ourselves, a service that most hotels typically provide via a golf cart. During check-in, we were told to use the Handigo app for requests, but when we tried to request a golf cart and assistance with the jacuzzi later that evening, we received no response. The condition of our one-bedroom unit was a shock, as it did not match the pictures on the hotel’s website. The walls had significant cracks, and the room was in desperate need of maintenance and a fresh coat of paint. Cleanliness was a major issue, with visible dust behind the TV and on the sofa and pillows. The bed linen, towels, and slippers were old and worn. Furthermore, the shower pressure was weak, and there was no drying rack provided for swimwear despite the private pool. Other aspects of our stay were equally disappointing, including a lackluster breakfast. While we read positive comments about the staff and service online, we unfortunately did not experience this during our time there. Overall, our stay fell far short of expectations, and we regret not choosing another hotel.

The photos speak for themselves—my one-bedroom pool villa was a dream come true! ​The room itself was beautifully designed, with a minimalist yet cozy aesthetic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The private pool was the absolute highlight of the villa. It was the perfect size for a refreshing dip, and the floating beanbag was a fantastic addition for lounging and soaking up the sun in ultimate relaxation. The surrounding lush greenery created a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquility, making it feel like my own secluded paradise. ​The outdoor area, with its spacious back garden, was another lovely spot to relax. The overall layout of the villa felt open and airy, with large glass doors that let in plenty of natural light and offered beautiful views of the private pool and garden. ​The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure every need was met. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. ​If you are looking for a relaxing, private, and luxurious stay in Pattaya, I highly recommend Oceanphere. It's the perfect place to unwind and recharge. I can't wait to return!
