"Beautiful Hotel with Great Staff, But Needs Improvement in Room Cleanliness"

The exterior of the hotel is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. I’d like to especially recommend K. Ken (our bellboy) — he is extremely friendly, polite, and carries himself with such gentle behavior. However, as a guest, I felt that the cleanliness of the room needs improvement. The door, sofa, and several pieces of furniture had visible fingerprints and dust. If this issue is addressed, I believe the overall experience would be much better. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent — delicious, beautifully presented, and felt quite fancy. I truly enjoyed it. All the staff members were nice and welcoming, but I think the cleanliness mentioned above should be the top priority for improvement.

The staff are great, service is polite, and the food is delicious with excellent flavors, served hot. However, the room is starting to feel outdated and should be renovated or have some items replaced. There is also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.
