Oceanphere Pattaya Villa

I had a wonderful stay at Cross Oceanphere Pattaya. The staff, especially KEN, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our trip. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The swimming pool was beautiful and relaxing, and the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious. There were also so many fun activities available that we didn’t even feel the need to leave the hotel! The whole place was peaceful with a beautiful, lush view—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was convenient and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to restaurant, really made me feel welcome. The villa was clean, stylish, and so peaceful. Great place to get away from the city where I can enjoy a nice dip in my own private pool or enjoying a beautiful view from the hotel's pool. Breakfast here is something you wouldn't want to miss! If you’re after a quiet, comfy getaway with awesome service, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

I stayed at this pool villa and absolutely loved it! The area I liked the most was so peaceful it made me feel completely relaxed and happy The food was really tasty and just right for me I’m already planning to come back again soon.

We booked 3 pool villas at Cross Pattaya Ocean Sphere for a family holiday (10 of us), expecting a luxury experience. Unfortunately, it’s been nothing short of frustrating. • Housekeeping is shockingly poor • Washrooms were left uncleaned • No toiletries provided • Beds were not properly made • No drinking water kept in the rooms • Worst of all – the air-conditioning in all 3 villas is not functioning properly. It’s humid and uncomfortable, and even on a holiday, we’re unable to sleep. This level of service is unacceptable for a resort of this price and reputation. It’s sad that a special family trip is being ruined because the basics aren’t being taken care of.

The bed is very nice. The smoothest blankest. The atmosphere is always good. Mr. Ken(The golf car driver) so friendly and helpful! The food at this hotel is amazing!! I love all of it. I can feel how much they care about their customers. The nice beautiful art. It’s like a safe space for us.

I love my Villa and the Service was amazing. The only complaint there is no ATM.

Nice hotel to stay if you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay in Pattaya but it’s very far from the city center. Also needed a buggie to get to the beach. Breakfast was average. Special shoutout to Ken who has been a very helpful and friendly staff!
