Nice management. Hotel needs updating

Needed a hotel to visit my son for family wknd. Everything was booked and overpriced in Lubbock. I chose Warrick Inn for location & 24 hr front desk in case if any issues. Owners are very accommodating and are truly trying to fix this old hotel. It served its purpose for the $ I paid. I wish them the best, quiet town away from all the college students in Lubbock.

The husband and wife that run this property are so kind. They saw that it was just me and my 1 year old and so they made it easy on me and didn’t put me upstairs. They made sure I knew good places to eat and that I had everything we needed. I will never stay anywhere else in Lubbock or Plainview.

Nice motel, convenient for an overnight rest. A little concerned that the door did not have a bolt and no lock? The room itself nice but old and needed updated/ fix. The check in process is easy and fast. The gentleman gave us a big room. At night there were people outside whistling/talking, not quite sure what's going on. Otherwise everything is well.

Wasn’t bad and was super cheap and convenient for just a one night stay.

Its was fast check in and it was clean. Best part is, that it was right around the corner where we was having a family gathering.

Good location. Bad situation. Bugs,ac doesn't work.

The room we were in was set up now like a house than a hotel with the furniture the used in it. It had a cool feel to the room. The A/C had a hard time keeping up. It was warm in the room most of the afternoon.

The room was clean upon arrival and the check in process was easy. The bed was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked pretty well. The tv was a bit small but acceptable. The room was dated and some sloppy finishes and the shower pressure was low, but for the price it really wasn’t bad at all. The room did not have a secondary lock so I didn’t feel as secure as other places. However, it is Plainview and it’s not like there is a real worry or concern with crime.
