Warrick Plaza Inn

I feel at home in smaller out of the wY not so fancy motels. The room i chose was an apartment set up. This room provided everything i needed and was set up for a comfortable long term stay. Storage areas were in anundance. Now, did the room need updates? Well if you want to pay more. The room itself was plenty clean and updated for my taste, but if you arent acustomed to staying in cheaper family owned motels you might turn up your nose. Overall my stay was pleasent and better than expected.

For this property being as old as it is, it was fairly clean. Definitely could use some touch ups here and there but we had everything we needed and more and the new owners were extremely nice

The physical condition of this place is not ideal, but the new owners are working on that. The property is independently owned, so they don't have a lot of corporate money to throw at the project, but they'll get there. My room decor was stuck in the 1980s, but the air conditioner was new and working great, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. I'm glad I disregarded the older reviews and gave this place a chance. If I am ever in Plainview again, I would definitely give this little independent motel a chance.

there was nothing to like the tv did not work there was no hair dryer no hot water room was very dusty beds very uncomfortable air conditioning took until 5 oclock in the morning to cool the room down

Nice little hotel. Quit location with a great bed.
