Closeness to the main road

The facilities are worn out. The WC is obsolete and non functional. The bathroom is nothing to write home about. Had to change rooms three times and the door lock was malfunctioning. My experience wasn't great at all and the annoying thing is that, it's expensive. It's far below expectations.

Bed was comfortable and room was nice and warm

Room had dirty marks on the walls, tv was not working and no hairdryer in the room as advertised, which really annoyed me as I have to travel light and specifically booked this room as it said it had hairdryer. I was not able to have a shower as planned as I need a hairdryer to dry my hair! I was put in the room 1 right next door to the front door, which would have been great if the front door was closed, but it was wide open all night and made me feel very on edge that anyone could have walked into the property off the street. As for the rooms being sound proofed, absolutely not, I was awake most of the night with the sound of cars and people shouting passing by on the busy road outside and also kept hearing creaky floor boards right outside my room door at early hours of the morning, was very disturbing. Then to top it all off, went to get breakfast, which was very poor choice, had the option of croissant, croissant or croissant, oh and a yoghurt and a banana, as all the cerial boxes were virtually empty, also felt and looked very grubby down in the kitchen, dirty dishes and worktops etc. Not a pleasant experience at all, I would not recommend staying here, it certainly is not worth the price they are charging.

No reception desk! No TV! No phone call answers .Hotel phone number didn't work! No indication or directions for breakfast. First thing I did was kill a spider in the room. Bathroom is on an outside wall with no heater.A real disappointment!

No working tvs the place smells of moldy damp

The staff member on the phone was so helpful and friendly, we were very thankful to him for letting us stay a little later in the morning as we were heading to a wedding. The continental breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. The shower was really nice and bathroom was very modern. We found our stay great value for money and super close to the train station from the airport.

The bed sheets were stained with make up and pen marks, however this can be easily fixed by relapsing them with a newer set and doesn’t reflect on the property as it was very clean. I would recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping as you can heat the street and people coming into the building, which I had with me so I slept good. We could not get the tv to work so perhaps instructions in the room would be helpful too.

Good location for station, friendly welcome from owner. Breakfast included. Comfortable beds and modern bathroom.

Not the cleanest of hotels but ok. Twin room was down some narrow stairs in the basement.

Absolutely nothing, avoid at all costs

Our experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing. The room was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness, with visible hairs, unpleasant odours of cigarettes and sewage, and generally unsanitary conditions. The facilities appeared neglected, with worn and damaged flooring and a sense of disrepair. Equally concerning was the conduct of the owner, whose business practices were unprofessional. An unconditional refund was offered and then not honoured, and when reasonable issues were raised, the response was more than dismissive and absolutely discourteous. Overall, this was among the worst accommodations we have ever encountered, and we strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
