The bed was clean and comfortable

Steep steps into the property and steep stairs up to the room. Unsuitable for the infirm

There was a poo in the toilet. A hole punched in the bathroom door. The towels and sheets were grubby. TV remote sticky so felt a bit yuk. Host was good and friendly. Buzzed me i and out no problem. Did to be fair offer another room, but i accepted what i had as i was just crashing there.

The location was very good. Range of cereal and pastries for breakfast.

The biggest issue was that the place was not clean. The sheets and towels were stained. Mould evident in the shower. Dust on the lamps, radiator and fan. Small kitchen was not clean. No butter for the toast. Poor tea and coffee facilities. Only had one mug in our room. The property did not meet my expectations of an aparthotel. It was more a guest house or rooms with a shared kitchen facility. I would not recommend nor would I stay again.

Dirty bathroom, toilets and towels as well as bed linen; doors and furniture partly damaged, breakfast not sufficient at all, only self-catering with not enough chairs for our family; unhygienic condition in kitchen

The location was great, just a short walk into the centre. The room was lovely, it was very clean and had everything we needed for a night's stay. We called the host to check in, this was straight forward and it didn't take long to get into our room.

The communal kitchen was left in a bit of a mess when we went through in the morning, pots left about, milk on the floor etc. Not sure if other residents live there permanently or if it's other visitors, either way not really the hotels fault if people don't clean up after themselves but definitely put us off using the kitchen!

Shower was pretty decent

Toilet seat was broken, TV didn’t work initially and the bloke said he’d be 20 mins but took over 2 hours to arrive. Just round the corner there was groups of druggies and we even saw an exchange of drugs on the corner of the street but the worst thing was probably the fact that it says “breakfast included”. There was no breakfast. Unless you wanted to help yourself to stale Cheerios in a shared kitchen that hadn’t been cleaned for a while. I would normally be asking for money back but I think that would be a waste of time. Bed was ok. Communication was ok but we had to ask what the wifi password was when you would expect it to be displayed. Booking dot com needs to be a bit more specific and maybe ask for more details when allowing the booker to filter with breakfast included. It’s very misleading.

Conveniently located

Difficulty in obtaining first access - left standing on doorstep for some time before any contact could be made. “Breakfast @ offer poor.

Situated a short walk from the station. The room was comfortable, staff were helpful. Breakfast was help yourself continental.

Shower outlet only ran away very slowly.
