Great location, spacious room, friendly staff

The hotel was easy to find and close to the station. It’s a quiet building and the room was a decent size. Coffee and tea were provided along with a kettle. However we were only provided with one towel despite booking for 2 people. No hand soap provided and the toilet seat was broken. The carpet also felt sticky and unclean, unsure whether it’s the material or just wasn’t cleaned. It’s good for a short term stay.

The bathroom corners mouldy Room to hot and when called the emergency number in the room to request for a fun, no body answer nor was there a return call for the message left Kitchen window had cobwebs did not have the bin emptied the three nights l was there. Facility not disabled friendly. Also the bathrooms toilet seat not steady kept shifting upon sitting. My impression is they do not really care about the customer as they have already paid before entry. I would not be able to recommend this place to friends and families. Most disheartening of all the had blinds which could be full drawn or full open thereby exposing the room. That is no proper privacy

being told we'd be fined if we got make up on the bed linen. the stairs to the room were very steep with no handrail

Cleaning staff had access to my room which as a single woman made me feel extremely unsafe
