Habitaciones muy limpias y amplias, igual que baño y cocina.

Un poco alejado del centro pero con transporte público cerca.

中心地から遠いのが唯一かつ最大の欠点。 近くにテスコがあるので買い物には困りません。 部屋は清潔で、可もなく不可もなくの広さです。シャワー・トイレは共用ですが、綺麗でした。 チェックインにはコツがあります。事前にアクセスキーを二つ教えられます。一つは家に入るため、もう一つは部屋に入る為です。注意しなければならないのは、家に入るためのアクセスキーです。このキーでそのまま入るのではなく、家に入る鍵が入った箱を開ける為のものです。ここが最初分からず戸惑いました。

- Le fait d’être autonome à l’arrivée et départ (box clé) . - Un lit très confortable . - Wifi nickel . - Équipements (chambre / sale de bain / cuisine) . - Arrêt de bus à proximité .

- Parfois bruyant ! Bien entendu, le propriétaire ne peut pas gérer les clients irrespectueux , (bien qu’une pancarte qui rappel certaines règles de tranquillité ne serait pas de trop) , en revanche même lorsqu’il n’y avait personne dans les chambres (j’imagine après nettoyage de celles-ci , aération oblige , donc fenêtres ouvertes) , cela faisait claquer les portes qui ne sont pas ajustées … (il y a peut-être quelque chose à faire) , car des claquements toute la nuit ,,, pas cool .

We booked two bedrooms and these were comfortable and quiet. There were two shared bathrooms and there was no problem accessing these. The kitchen offered adequate facilities for making breakfast and reheating food. The other guests were friendly and cooperative. Convenient access to bus lines.

The kitchen/communal area was too small for the number of rooms. At one point all five rooms were occupied, yet the fridge was an under-the-counter model that was really only suitable for perhaps three people.

For that price, the place was really really nice. I have rented other places to stay in Belfast and most of them have been horrible. This one is pretty good, sprecially for the price.
