Very unique and colorful with nice charm hotel. Location is good, breakfast was tasty. Room was spacious

I would really put the rate 10 out of 10 if we would not have 2 situations about payment in hotel. Staff didnโ€™t give receipts when we paid for hotel or drinks ( we paid in cash) and we had a few people from reception coming to us and ask to pay again ๐Ÿ˜ณ This spoiled overall impressionโ€ฆ

"Great location and full of character but facilities dated"

Location and breakfast were good. Internal architecture attractive.

Bathroom and plumbing very dated - shower only ever got lukewarm warm and they were unable to improve it. They loaded 8.5% on the cost of the package for paying by credit card, which was not mentioned on booking.com.

Good breakfast. Location great, in the old city, near the plaza grande and restaurants.

Hot water took a long time, and so not sure if taps turned the right way. A red dot or sign would help.
