Location was nice and close to my family.

Servic level was great from everyone

The mattress was so hard 😫 and short (and I'm not tall).

Great location in a quiet and upmarket neighbourhood. The property is beautiful and looks recently renovated. The gardens are stunning and the decor really tasteful. My room was nice and spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in - I’d love to know the brand so I can get myself one of these beds! I loved that there was a small gym room (with a treadmill and some weights). Service was friendly and efficient, we were greeted as we drove into the property. Highly recommend staying here.

The only minor point is that the blinds/shutter at the door to my room doesn’t fully close as it’s blocked at the bottom by the skirting board (room 4). Thus there was a sliver of light shining into my room from the garden light outside. This didn’t bother me too much as I was tired and slept through it, but will keep light sleepers awake.

Very clean and modern room. Friendly reception. Bathroom facilities very nice!

No freeze department in fridge… couldn’t use ice packs for long road ahead!

Beautiful property. Very clean, friendly staff, beautiful garden.

Just a small recommendation: it would be great to have better coffee facilities in the room and not only Nescafe sachets.

We appreciate for later checkout and stuff was very helpful with the washing.

It will be great if they could assist us with the luggage when they welcome us.

Lovely pool, quiet and safe. Staff were really lovely and welcoming.
