Underbart läge! Supermysig egen trädgård där vi åt middag och tittade på utsikten – så mysigt! Lågt tak i bostaden, och lite knepigt att duscha i badkar med så lågt tak, men överlag var det här ett toppenboende!

Internally the property is fine but would benefit from some updating including new towels ( current ones are very thin). Also our bed had all sorts of bits and pieces under it which I’d have expected to have been moved. As the apartment is for 3, it really needs a 3rd sunbathing chair - we requested one but were told none were available.
The location was excelent but the confort of the room was medium.
USExcellent and easy to find with the stuff at the main office. Very private and quiet with a terrace to sit outside and enjoy the view of Lake Como. We enjoyed having the kitchen to prepare our own breakfasts.
This is the top floor of building so had to be careful not to bump our heads on the slope ceilings too much. Tub with flexible, shower attachment, and low overhead ceilings is a bit awkward but worth the trade off for the lovely place.
AUThe location could not be better - easy walk to train ferry snd varenna facilities like food. There is a lovely little supermarket right down the road and the view from the garden is just sublime- clear view to the ferry and mountains across the lake that is even better than the pictures. Clean and staff are very polite and friendly in all interactions. The hairdryer is a powerful parlux which was a nice surprise and there is a selection of outdoor furniture.
The ceiling is sloping and it is clear in the pictures that the bath is a bit challenging to access. This is why something this big in this location is relatively affordable and it’s fine for flexible people who can get in the bath. The water is not very hot for very long and may be a bit cold in winter. The toilet is on the high side and not a problem at all. The coffee machine is filter coffee and not Nespresso and the towels are thin. Plenty of light from the skylights but you do have to go outside for the view.
CHThe location is great, really near the center of Varenna. The small garden is nice, and there is also a great view on the lake form it. The apartment was clear and had everything necessary. The staff of Varenna Holidays was very friendly. The key pickup was just at the side and easy.
Low ceiling in the bathroom was a bit annoying. We had issues with the hot water and it was solved the next day. No parking - you will have to find a place on the street which may be challenging.
