All good, it has been a while since I last stayed here, but it's as good as it was the last time. Staff, accommodation, food all excellent. Worth a visit.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom had a power shower and the bed was very comfortable.

I have stayed at the Hunters Rest for 2 nights a fortnight for over a year. The staff are really friendly. My room (contemporary four-poster) was lovely - way cheaper than an average room in a city centre hotel. The food is delicious pub food. It’s in a beautiful location away from the crowds but with a local clientele. Really can’t say anything negative.
