Views were exceptional and it was very peaceful

The location and privacy were sensational! the gentleman you worked at the wine counter was friendly and knowledgeable, this is despite us turning up not long before closing time.

The maintenance of the cottage fell short of expectations for a premium property. Several issues were noted, including a misaligned cupboard door, a non-functional burner on the stovetop, a gas heater that failed to stay on, and numerous lights that were not working. While none of these concerns were urgent enough to require a maintenance visit during our stay, they did detract from the overall experience and diminished the impact of the otherwise spectacular view and facility.

Absolutely beautiful location. These chalets have all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing staycay. It is very private and you really feel like you’re miles away with no one around. Left feeling tranquil and will definitely come back!

Beautiful surroundings

We were cut off from the internet and then we lost power. The worker manager was told there was no one there. and didn't worry about it. Not until we physically drove to the house to see if anyone was there. They started the day before clearing grounds with Machinery at 7am as they were toldnoonewas there. We tried to call some people for over 2 hours with no answer. I have sent emails to the Silkwood email with no response. It thoroughly ruin our stay. 2 women then felt very isolated.

No breakfast provided

We thought the property was too isolated.Located in the bush with no other villas occupied and no staff anywhere.Outside there was a strong smell of smoke and heavy smoke outside.We were very scared.we didn’t know if we should leave or stay.and had to drive into Pemberton to find out about the bush fires.The property was very clean and modern

The view, the accommodation, the birds, and the peace. Lunch was delicious.

Outstanding property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Looking forward to coming back.
