The Murdha Villa

Honestly, nothing. The only thing good is there is a convinient store nearby. Other then that, the place is super dirty, floor sticky and oily, toilet not clean( cigarette butts, candy wrap from previous stay still there, toilet bowl still has stain), bed has blood stain and spider web, swimming pool has algae, room door unable to fully close.

Basically almost everything. 1. Toilet (all 3 rooms) : cigarette butts, candy wrap from previous stay still there, toilet bowl still has stain, spider web, mold 2. Sofa: there is hair and dust 3. Bed(all 3 rooms) : pillow and blanket has blood stain and bed sheet is dirtym 4. Room door: unable close tightly which mosquito came in. 5. Pool: algae everywhere 6. Outdoor flooring: it's broken 7. Kitchen: sink dirty, soup has not been refilled and table is sticky 8. Outdoor floor: sticky and oily (need to wear shoes or Slipper to walk around) 9. Some lights are broken 10. NO HAIDRYER 11. Someone have came in to our room and look through our bags, we found our luggage back cloth have been moved. Overall freaking bad experience. But the receptionist is quite friendly lol

The space was very good.

The showers being outside and the fridge being dirty.

Location is great, loved the pool especially after a hot day out. Mahendra looked after us very well. Always polite and very professional.

Didn’t have bottled water supplied, no tea or coffee and a lack of kitchen pieces, glasses etc. No soap supplied. You needed to buy all. Would have been nice to have a couple of bean bags by the pool as well. Maybe something to consider.

Space was good, location was easy to get to/close to shopping etc

Villa does look bigger online but it's not a bad size. Doors did not lock (keys had been lost by previous occupants)

It would have been a beautiful villa in its day
