Kubu Sental Cottage

The split level room (bathroom downstairs) was nice. The bed was comfy. The ladies that run the place were nice!

Check in process was a bit strange and they tried to give us a less good room. Quite a lot of external noise from generators and building work. Pool area didn't seem that enticing or well looked after. Location is a long way up that hill on a moped.

Not convenient at all as the bathroom is actually downstairs so you have to step outside the bedroom to use the bathroom, I was too scared to go there during the night. We booked a place with a swimming pool as we wanted to swim but it was too dirty to be used. Not very clean, I found tiny insects in my bed and was scared to get bedbugs (luckily, must have been something else!) Food was very limited and tiny. Cans were super dirty. Nothing around the place, we had to use an overpriced driver to go anywhere including eating. Do not eat to her son’s restaurant, it was below average.

The staff there was geniunely friendly to help us with tours and the rooms are supper clean and comfortable bed, as well as the delicious breakfast, we deffinately highly recommend this place.

Prayers next door too noisy, and the “ cock-a-doodle-do” every morning from 4/5am.

The property is located far from the main road, and there is too much noises during the night I could barely sleep. On both days the plate for breakfast were full of flies, and the personnel asked us to not publish it on booking. I forgot my wallet on their office while doing the checkout and 100 dollars were taken from it, I gently asked the admin there to return my money but they actually didn’t accept and told me that I can’t do anything about it, they literally stole me.

Everything about this place was great, comfortable bed, beautiful accomodation, and amazing surroundings. The staff were absolutely excellent, so kind, friendly and accommodating making the stay all the more pleasurable and could sort out anything you needed to help you explore the island. If I ever come back to Indonesia, this is where I will be staying.
