Hotel 86 by Katipoglu

The hotel is in the heart of the city, very close to bazaars and shops. The staff were all very helpful, they helped. me to purchase and top up a metro card and dealt with my requests promptly. I used the metro literally outside the hotel to travel to Izmir Airport. I will be using the hotel again in August.

hotel's location is amazing, and it is new and very clean. the only problem is written in the website children are welcomed . but when we arrived they charge for every child and they do not provide extra bed for them. the air conditioner not comfortable, is disconnected and you need to weak up and tern it on. at the end is amazing hotel, and i recommend it.

the hotel was quite new and very clean and comfortable and l chose it because it was by the water. But the management is more concerned about making a dollar than ensuring customer satisfaction. Firstly they couldnt find my booking.... once i room the power only goes on with the key inserted. which is fairly common but most places allow the fridges to keep the power on. Shampoo etc were in machines on the walls(no wastage) But l found to my dismay that it is hotel policy to only provide rooms with ONE coffee sachet, when l asked for another one as there were 2 people i n the room l was told l would have to pay for it. So for the sake of a 1 lire sachet they were happy to have a disgruntled customer. How mean can you get in the pursuit of profit.?

the site of the hotel is excellent, close to Metro station ,city center ,good for shopping

This was a really good hotel with very good services.

Stayed here for three nights . Lovely modern hotel . Big room with amazing views over the city from the upper floors. Fantastic view from the rooftop restaurant. Comfortable bed lots of storage. Over all can not fault this hotel

It was in a good location and the breakfast was quite nice
