Little noisy Airconditioner don’t work, we had to open a balcony door. That’s why was noise from busy street

Hotel amenities were very good, it was close to the seaside and the staff were very helpful. Its on a one way street which we had difficulties navigating to with our GPS but one of their staff came to the nearby street where we were parked and drove the car to the hotel and parked. Parking is on the street and only allowed overnight until around 10am.

The hotel was good and very well located near the main attractions of the city. The breakfast was decent and the cleaning ladies were perfect. The only thing to complain about is the manager/receptionist who asked us to pay extra money from the amount agreed on the reservation because the price was apparently not correct on the reservation and did not take into account the extra person we had (which was clear in our reservation). I refused to pay as it was not our fault if their pricing was not correct. They claimed that it was the agent's fault (hotels.com or expedia), I am not saying they are lying but it is so unprofessional to make the client pay for a mistake he/she did not do. If it is the hotel's pricing error, then the hotel should pay, if it is the agent's error, then the agent should pay. And that bothered us in our stay as we had to discuss this matter with 3 different people and argue that it is not us that have to pay. That's really unfortunate as the hotel was really good.

Hotel is on a busy road , airconditiong avarage, was given a smoking room (altough was advertised as nonsmoking) was told they can chnage room but never happened, some staff were happy help but others not so. Overall, avarage hotel, close to turisty places .

Very nice stay. Excellent place nearby everything

The location is great. Especially if you want to see old 400 years city with Bazar and mosques, because it is literally one minute from the hotel, across the bulevard.The staff is so helpful. The room was spacious with soft sheets. Make sure you book the room with the balcony since there is no so many hotels who have balconies.

this hotel is located across the street from authentic old town Bazar. Metro station is by hotels entrance. Posh part of the city is called Alsanjac and it takes 15 minutes walking through main boulevards to be reached. Sea boardwalk is 10 minutes walk.Buses and trains are close also. Staff will tell u how to reach Ephesus by train. Rooms have small terrace. Staff is very pleasant. Breakfast restaurant has a view of the old middle-age Bazar with 3 mosques and a partial sea view. Breakfast is very good and the lady who supervise it is extremely sweet. Her name is Gumzee.

Great hotel in the city center. Breakfast was royal. The parking is offsite. We walked to all the attractions. we spent two nights in Izmir. Try the cag kebabs in Kizlaragasi Han, near Hisar Cami. Easy to spot them, doner are horizontal and cag are vertical.

This is a horrible place. They are sooo dirty I found old fork and room service receipt from the previous guests on my couch. The bathroom smelled like someone was smoking in there. They never changed sheets (we saw the lady cleaning our room). They say there is air condition but the room was so hot and when we asked them about it they said we dont have air conditioning its a central system. The noise from the neighborhood makes it very hard to sleep. Their internet connection is unstable. The people at the reception are not interested in serving their guests and seem irritated when we asked them a question they were more focused on their phone calls.
