"They avoid their tax obligations"

The rooms were fine, totally up to standard

They are a GST-registered business that claims they are GST-exempt (easy to look up their ABN and spot that they're lying). They won't provide a GST receipt for anyone staying for work. They claim Booking.com should provide invoices but again this is factually wrong and another attempt to obfuscate from avoiding paying GST. Basically - a dodgy business

My booking actual room was shifted to not a preferred side with no view. Staff Stephanie restored my booking to a better choice as she had assigned the initial booking for an elderly lady of 90+. Without Stephanie it would have been not a good stay for this elderly guest, whom I had specifically booked at the outset!
