Check in and out was great. Communication great. Good customer service

1. Our 12yr old daughter found a used vape in the sofa 2. Outside there was a bowl full of cigarette butts 3. The garden on the balcony was filthy with all dead plants just left there 4. The facilities (spa & gym) were broken It was very much a disappointing stay
