Les Estivales Beachfront Suites & Penthouses by LOV Mauritius

Wonderful penthouse appartment (no. A9). Clean and modern inside and a large rooftop terass (parts in the sun and parts in shadow). The latter meaning we didn't have to go to the pool or beach (unless we wanted to), but could just relax and socialize on our terass.

The place is private, safe and spacious enough for a family with good facilities.

The breakfast options can be improved. There is need for diversity on the menu and more efficiency with delivery time.

Great location, ocean views, and clean pool. The surrounding beaches are beautiful 😍 Street food was also a highlight.

Breakfast was average. Stained couches, bed night frill, and curtains. They all need some deep cleaning. The couch is worn out and not comfortable. No regular housekeeping. The lady came twice during our 7 day stay. Do not expect the 5 star treatment.

Place is modern. Beds are confortable. Pool is excellent. View is amazing.

No cleaning. This is not mentioned at the time of booking. That also means: no clean towels, etc. Went to relax, but had to clean the apartment myself each day. Breakfast is a small parcel delivered to the room No reception, and the number that is sent via booking.com does not go through. So you dont know who to contact. No one to help with carrying luggage. Internet reception is bad in the main bedroom.

Great location, very nice pool, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Good off street parking. Looks like the pictures. We had a great time.

They wanted to charge us a Euro200 deposit upon check-in; no prior communication about this.. Communication around check-in wasn't great.

Dishes did not get washed. Staff asking if they should service the unit, because of staff shortage. Wehad to ask for fresh towels.

I pre-ordered breakfast for the 1st morning through the apartment office, breakfast was a beautiful variety, definitely worth it. Les Estivales is about 1.5km from Chez Popo for all your grocery needs & so much more. Various shops & restaurants across the road and more within walking distance to Trou aux Biches Bus stop outside the apartment gate, busses going to Port Louis & Grand Baie Will definitely use LOV group self catering apartments again!

This is not a didnt like - it is a friendly guest gesture: As we arrived late at night from the airport and some snacks eg. bread, cold meat in the fridge would have been a good welcome gesture. Nearest shop is 1km away but was closed already. (We stayed 2 years prior at your Bon Azur units and had a lovely snack stock in the fridge when we arrived, it was also late night from the airport, it was greatly appreciated)

The place was excellent.

The room always smelt like sewerage, the fan in the lounge did not work- all reported but not fixed during our stay. The smell really ruined hat would have otherwise been a lovely stay.
