The Location was superb. The apartment is lovely and spacious.

No one to welcome you and give you a run down of the facility. The staff do not respond to mails or messages. The apartment needs a good scrub, the couch was filthy. No clean towels or top up of toilet paper, no Dustbin bags or cleaning detergents to clean up, only after 4th day did the place get clean linen only.

I am very disappointed due to Les-Estivale when they said I didn't pay for breakfast and when I did booking I choose hotels with breakfast because I was going to foreign country that's why i did booking with breakfast included. I stayed from 8 -12 may 2025 with having breakfast from the hotels whole I have paid and on top of that they ask me to give them my credit card number ,expiry date and my cvv number, that's when I refuse to give them because I didn't understand why I have time give them my cvv number even the my banker I can't give it them .so I'm back home now without having the breakfast that 0i have paid for .on the 11th I paid one day breakfast for 8 people morning just to have breakfast on the 12 may with my friends .so far I'm so disappointed I really need my money back for breakfast because we didn't have that breakfast that we have paid for.i did sendrhw proof but they refuse to offer us breakfast till we coming back home .

I don't trust Les-Estivale anymore. I seriously paid breakfast and didn't eat anything on the 9th morning and remember we don't know where we're the shops around I was really frustrated

Awesome location, good restaurants in the area. Nice Supermarket close by.

Beach front so we had a nice view There was a restaurant over the road which was convenient The bbq on the balcony was a nice touch Kitchen was well stocked

Dishwasher didn’t work One tea towel for 4 people for 4 nights Beds are very hard Mould on doona - it was quickly replaced Water only provided on first day Hair in the shower and all over basin One sink in the bathroom was blocked Rips in curtain No extra pillows Safe didn’t work at all On the second day, we were informed of in villa dining option. This would have been very useful information for the night we arrived. We could have ordered dinner to the villa for our two kids for our arrival. No alcohol by the pool. I understand no glass or disorderly behavior by the pool, but not being able to enjoy a drink poolside was disappointing. Aircons only in the bedroom No WiFi in any of the rooms No information pamphlet advising of restaurants, tours, facilities etc

at the check-in time I found one of the air conditions are not working properly and as result of that I contacted with Sara “customer service representative” to fix the issue but unfortunately there was a long delays and poor communication throughout the process. She offered me a two lower grade alternatives and at the end “you can sleep in the room with the ceiling fan and tomorrow the issue will be fixed” the hotel customer service repetitive said, despite repeated attempts to get a quick assistance as I wasted more than 3 hours waiting with my family and became very exhausted however no tangible result took place. Adding to above, the response from booking was too slow as the resolution should be in a couple of hours not 24 hours.
