Nous avons séjournés une dixaine de nuits au penthouse et avons grandement apprécié l'hébergement. La terrasse est vaste et vous pourrez adminer de très beaux couchers de soleil sur la mer. L'appartement est trés confortable avec de grandes chambres à couchers. Le personnnel est agréable et à l'écoute avec le soucis de satisfaire la clientéle.

We recently stayed at Les Estivales Beachfront Suites & Penthouses with LOV for five days. While the overall experience was positive in terms of location and comfort, we did encounter several issues that took away from what you'd expect in a luxury apartment setting. The beachfront location and general layout of the living area were impressive, and the beds in both rooms were comfortable. However, one of the rooms was noticeably smaller, which limited space, especially considering we were traveling with a child. In addition, basic services that should have been more accessible—like replacing a gas cylinder for the barbecue—were a hassle. It ended up disrupting our dinner plans, which was quite disappointing. Another point worth noting: daily cleaning was not included and was offered at an extra charge. For a five-day stay with a young child, this felt unreasonable, and again, not in line with luxury expectations. To sum up: while the property itself has potential and offers a comfortable stay, the service experience did not align with the premium price point. A bit more attention to guest convenience and flexibility could make a big difference.

Our biggest concern was the lack of flexibility and support services. We had an early arrival and were surprised by the high charges for early check-in. Despite efforts to negotiate, we struggled to get a reasonable deal. For a luxury property, we expected more customer-friendly policies.

-The apartment had a very spacious living room with a large dining table and an absolutely stunning view of the ocean through the window. It was truly a pleasure to relax there and enjoy the scenery. -Another big plus is that the bus stop is very close, which makes it easy to get around without a car.

-When we arrived, one of the duvets was dirty, so I had to wash it immediately. -The Wi-Fi barely worked in the bedroom, which was frustrating. -While the apartment is indeed located right by the beach, it’s worth noting that the beach is very rocky and not suitable for swimming. -However, the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The food was of low quality and not very tasty. Sometimes it was served on a plate, other times just in a paper box. The presentation was far from what is shown in the photos. On the first day, the breakfast more or less matched the menu, but each following day it got worse — first no yogurt, then no jam, and on the last day there was no coffee, tea, or half of the listed items. Unfortunately, even after reporting this issue, nothing was done to fix it. I definitely do not recommend the breakfast option.
