Eva Recommends Gamazo

There is so many positive things to say about our stay. First, the business that runs this unit was very responsive. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner, offered plenty of suggestions, and followed up to make sure we were comfortable. Next, the unit much larger than the photos seem. The unit was very clean, easy to get comfortable in, and well lit. The bathrooms were a very good size. The beds and sofa were comfortable. Lastly, the location is rf crown jewel of this unit. It's located steps away from some amazing food options, ice cream shop, grocery store, and laundry facilities. We couldn't have asked for a better location in regards to conveniences within arms reach. Lastly, the security of the building made us feel so much better about being in a new country and city for the first time. They use electronic locks that are accessible by a dedicated website or by numerical codes that change after every rental agreement concludes. They use this same electronic lock for the font door and the unit door. We never felt that anyone could access our unit's door besides the people who belonged in the building. Hands down, we'd stay here again.

The building is well built, with concrete walls. These walls allow conversions and movements to echo throughout the unit. We were able to hear conversions happening on floors above ours because the voices bounced off the concrete walls within the patio. It has nothing to do with the management, it's simply a design flaw. Thankfully, the conversions and occasional noise did not bother us at all. I wanted to mention this so no one would be surprised. It's nothing that would deter us from staying in this unit again.

Very good located, spacious. It can get very noisy in the early morning and thats the only negative remark.

De ligging van het appartement was geweldig! Binnen 7 minuten sta je middenin het centrum, op loopafstand van de grote bezienswaardigheden en terrasjes/restaurants rondom.

De eetkamerstoelen zaten niet bepaald lekker…

The property was very easy to access with the code, and the host kindly allowed us to drop off bags early which we were very happy about. The accommodation was very clean and it had a very quiet air con which was very welcome as it was unseasonably hot. It had a charming rustic vibe which we were looking for and full of character.

There was a pretty little area with a table and chairs which was also a communal area above for other residents to use for drying laundry. We didn’t want to sit underneath the laundry as it was dripping so didn’t use that space. It is a shame, but I don’t think it’s something the host has any control over.

The location is exceptional, centrally located and yet not overly crowded. Most important of all, it’s relatively quiet at night. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. Bathrooms are in good size n clean. The L shaped sofa is clean n comfortable, a nice place to chill, looking out to the full height window onto the trees and street view.

The fan in the big bathroom is not working, so it streamed up after shower.

Excellent location, close to all the best parts of Seville. The property was spacious, comfortable and clean. The team were always on hand to help via WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend the flamenco - absolutely amazing.

Todo una maravilla. Calidad precio, ubicación, limpieza, y sobre todo, Eva atenta a todo y accedió a nuestras peticiones de salir más tarde. Vinimos en la semana de feria y fue todo perfecto. Al lado de la plaza de toros, mil bares nada más bajar de casa...qué decir, repetiremos sin duda. Gracias Eva!!!!

The beds were really comfy. The location is fabulous. The apartment is quirky and very pretty. Lovely view of the street from the balcony.

The noise from neighbours above and to the side were annoying and building work in the street. The kitchen was tired and needs updating and a blind. Could do with tea towels. Both toilet seats were broken.
