Lägenheter med stor potential men som tyvärr lider av att det snålats och fuskats en del både i byggnation och underhåll. Vi bodde i en duplex-lägenhet med vardagsrum och balkong med två egna pooler (grunda) på nederdelen och med sovrum och badrum samt balkong på övervåningen. Gott om plats och perfekt med egen pool för att enkelt kunna ta sköna morgon- och kvällsdopp. Alla ytor är stora men köksdelen saknade nåde vatten och diskho! Sovrummet var bekvämt men det fanns inga läslampor. Badrummet hade både dusch och stort bubbelkar. Tyvärr led hela lägenheten av viss lukt från fukt/mögel. Parkering finns i bottenplan både för bil och mc vilket behövs med tanke på att det är en bit att ta sig in till Patong eller andra närliggande stränder. Vi har bott permanent på Phuket och känner väl till ön och för oss är Kalim ett utmärkt val att bo på, nära till shopping och aktiviteter i Patong men ända lugnt och tyst. Det finns en gemensam takpool. Tyvärr lite omständigt att ta sig dit då man behöver röra sig mellan grannbyggnaderna men väl där är det fantastisk. Stor och med fenomenal utsikt - väldigt vackert! Tyvärr saknas möjlighet till skugga så den lämpar sig bäst på morgon/kväll eller för de som vill steka i solen. Frukosten serveras på en takservering alt. får man den levererad till lägenheten. Fyra alternativ att välja på; amerikansk, continental, vegetariskt eller thai. Välsmakande och riklig men inget utöver det vanliga.

Not easy to get to, it's around 15 mins drive to patong beach. Not recommended if u are not traveling light, changed 3 sets of lifts, 2 sets of stairs before getting to the apartment. Due to the location of the apartment, most tuk tuk and taxi driver will not take you up to the hotel. The power sockets in the rooms cannot be use with travel adopters. Wifi signal can only work in the bed room.

Min kæreste og jeg har lige tilbragt 14 dage ved dette hotel, og det får IKKE en eneste god anmeldelse herfra. Hotelpersonalet forstår sig ikke på service - og forstår knap nok engelsk. Ydermere er værelserne slet ikke som vist på billederne eller som beskrevet i teksten. Beskidt og ulækkert, det var hvad der stod på menuen i de 14 dage vi var afsted. Vandet fra bruseren og vandhane virkede konsekvent ikke, personalet blev gjort opmærksom på dette 3 gange, uden der blev gjort noget ved det. Vi skulle betale ekstra for ketchup plet på sengelanet, da vi forlod hotellet, hvilket betyder at vi ikke engang har fået gjort det rent under opholdet. Ydermere blev vi nærmest beskyld for hul i døren der var fra tidligere lejer, som vi heldigvis havde taget billede af ved indtjekning. Hold jer væk, alt for mange penge til alt for lidt indhold..

2nd time staying here however standards has dropped drastically. The staffs were unhelpful & didn't take our feedback seriously. During our first stay, everything was perfect hence we our return visit. Book 2x one apartment duplex room w plunge pool however was told that there wasn't enough room for us to stay side by side or have the same exact room as we book so they upgraded one of our rooms to a totally different layout (not even pictured in the website). Room was equipped with a king size bed (as claimed - but actually got queen bed. The room that we initially booked was a big king size bed, that our family member got) and a jacuzzi - small and dirty. And only one small TV. Compared to the room that we initially booked for, there were 2 TVs and a big plunge pool. Aside to that, the room that was "upgraded" was noisy at night. Noise of water running through the pipes. Requested for another room & insisted we have the same room as we initially booked and they say OK we can move next day as it will be vacant the next day while they will send someone to check on our room. However to our disappointment, we were told that the occupant will be extending their stay instead so we will not be able to move out and that they claimed our room had no issues after checking. Just ridiculous how they're so ignorant. Totally regret coming back the 2nd time! Service suck, you don't get what you paid for. Booked room 1-2months before, still no vacancy? Then pls do not put up 4 reservations.

Hotellet fremstår på bilder som helt perfekt. Rommene er store men vedlikeholde har vært dårlig. Det virker som de har veldig fokus på å få erstatning for ødelagte ting, men f.eks en sofa full i flekker, private badebasseng med brune striper i blir ikke byttet/ryddet opp i.

Experience at the privilege was nothing short of great. We found it really easy to access to the main side of Patong. Within a couple minutes drive away. Apartment was nice, and the stay was enjoyable! Would definitely return in the near future.

If you more friendly to the customer the more your will attract customers.... During all my trips alive the world this is the first place to be asked to leave the passport as guarantee ..... What passport for guarantee ? I'm not your enemy and I didn't come here to steal from you.... During check in around 8 pm there were 2 staff one friendly man and one angry lady as we are her enemies.... The flat itself is wonderful view is amazing but.... BUT the way go up there was so risky and far if you don't have car Some points you can't see what coming on the other side especially if you going to building 1 parking There was a plunge pool at the room but no hot water and they will tell you it last 3 hours to be filled "nb . They switch off the pump so it would take longer time" manually you can switch it on. Fire alarm need to be fixed Wifi keep disconnecting Please be more friendly
