Privilege Residences by Lofty

Stay at The Privilege Residences for three days. Great atmosphere, far from Patong Beach. It is worth for the price I paid, the staffs were helpful and friendly. The view from our room was great especially during the sunrise and sunset. I love the Jacuzzi too.

I propose marriage at this hotel. Staff help us to decorate the room They are very helpful and polite

Plunge pool not filled and dirty Bathrooms had hair in the bathtub Room smelt very bad, we called reception and no one assisted, was not aired out Called kitched at 4:01pm and they were closed at 4:00pm Ants in the kitchen Wifi not working unless ur on the kitchen bench No instect repelent Dishes were dirty we had to clean them all over again Reception attendent did not assist with entry to hotel of arrival and we were locked outside Water pressure to showers were very low No one told us how to call out Kitchen said to get breakfast to our room and reception did not agree the following day No communication within employees and upon checking out the security guard took half our bags to a different location to where it was meant to be and reception had no idea of where our bags were. We had to go back to the building we were staying in and look for them ourselves. Our building was 3 buildings away, 4 different lifts and a flight of stairs away which takes about 10mins in that heat. Not pleasant at all!!

We were lucky that we booked this hotel, extremely nice, near patong beach, still in quite locality, own pool, nice food, extremely good room service, very good cleanliness, very very comfortable.if i ever go to phuket again i will stay here only.

Nice apartment - offers good value for money. The apartment looked almost as nice as it does online. But quite nice nonetheless. We booked a sea view room but did not get one - which I was not pleased about. Though there is a lovely view from the pool & rooftop bar. But in general it proved to be a pleasant stay. The location wasn't at all that bad. A ten minute tuk tuk ride to Patong beach (25 minute stroll, which is quite nice after sunset). There's a small cafe in the compound which is nice. If you want to be a little away from the hustle and bustle but still close enjoy what it has to offer, then this would be a good place.

Nice modern hotel however, still a lot of construction going on. Best to pay a bit more and stay in one of the ocean view suites as lower down the construction noise goes on from about 7am until 6pm. Staff are friendly, and rooms are nice.

You will need a car to get around. Great view from the pool. Large clean duplex, a lot better than the 4 star hotel we stayed in a day earlier. Placed looked empty but they said they were full. No late checkout allowed.,No insects, but a dip pool in at the balcony that was questionable and the indoor bathtub, jacuzzi was also questionable. Hotel is managed by sleep with me hotel.

The hotel is around 2-3 miles away from anything. You either walk for 30-45 mins to the beach or spend at least 200 baht for an one way ride to the beach or coming back to the hotel. The hotel is nice but the location is awful. Renting a motorcycle would solve the problem but I consider it very dangerous to ride or drive in Thailand of you are not used to left forward right backward driving directions.

We enjoyed our stay at privilege residence. We stayed 6 nights in a one bedroom apartment! Beautiful views of entire Patong!

Nice place to stay. Washing Machine would top it off though. Overall well worth the price. Fantastic view, far enough from Patong to relax, close enough to pop down
